密醫遭檢舉涉嫌執行針灸業務，新北市衛生局日前表示，查獲不具醫師資格的密醫，涉嫌為民眾執行針灸，另查扣五十餘份病歷資料及未使用的針灸針十六盒、藥品一六二罐，已交由新北地檢署偵辦。

衛生局副局長林金富指出，日前配合檢警前往稽查，查獲一個密醫，利用板橋國光路一處民宅地下室替人針灸治療，當場查獲未具醫師資格的劉姓負責人，正在為二名民眾針灸，見屋內一名女性腳上插有四支針灸針，另有一名男性趴於床上，背上同樣插著針灸針，因劉姓負責人未具醫師資格，依醫師法規定，不具合法醫師資格者擅自執行診斷、治療等醫療業務，可處六個月以上五年以下有期徒刑，並得併科新台幣三十~一五○萬元的罰金。

林金富呼籲民眾，如果有就醫需求，應該到合格的醫療院所，尋求專業合格的醫師協助，切勿聽信不具醫師資格的人員說法或尋求治療；如果為了省小錢，卻造成健康的損失，反而需花費更多的金錢及時間彌補，得不償失。
